KVN Design Furniture is a dynamic startup that, in partnership with the renowned Matsu Group, designs and manufactures exclusive furniture for home, office, and hospitality sectors. Our focus is on high-quality, design-driven products that we primarily distribute online, while also expanding into brick-and-mortar retail and collaborations with architects and interior designers. As a young company with fresh startup energy, we are looking for motivated independent sales representatives to drive our growth across Europe. We are expanding in countries including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, and other European markets.
Acquisition of new B2B and B2C customers, particularly in online retail, stationary furniture trade, and among architects and interior designers.
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships in the specified countries.
Presenting our exclusive furniture portfolio and advising potential clients.
Independent market analysis and identification of growth opportunities in your region.
Supporting the implementation of sales strategies with a focus on online distribution and physical presence.
– Experience as an independent sales representative or in sales, ideally in the furniture or design sector.
Strong network in the relevant markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, or other EU countries).
– High self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and flexibility – you work independently on a commission basis.
– Good proficiency in German and English; additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) are an advantage.
– Affinity for design, furniture, and the hospitality sector.
– Willingness to work in a young, agile team with a startup mindset.
