Norforst is expanding its network of independent sales representatives across Europe. We hold exclusive commercial representation mandates for B2B companies in DefTech, RegTech, and CleanTech. 

The role

Our representatives are more than salespeople. They are problem-solvers, relationship builders, and translators between tech and business - people who can turn technical excellence into commercial traction.

You will carry one or several exclusive mandates within your territory, develop long-term business relationships, and attend client meetings. We handle the operational support behind the scenes so you can focus on what you do best.

  • Build trust naturally and cultivate long-term partnerships
  • Enjoy understanding technical environments 
  • Are problem-solvers, project managers, reliable team-members.

Compensation

Commission-based structure.

No ceiling. Commission rates and structure are shared during the first conversation.
