CIE Europe is a family company owned by Italian born Giulio Epicureo and his son Cesar Epicureo.
Our main brand, Compactor is an absolute reference in Western and Southern Europe, where the company is considered the leader in the Home Storage sector.
Although very attached to its roots, the company is open to the world and keeps expanding commercially and culturally worldwide. It now has customers in over 45 countries from USA and Brazil to Japan and Australia.
With more than 15.000 m2 of warehouses in France, 5.000 m2 in Spain including a factory, 3.000 m2 in Italy, Sales offices in England, Benelux, Germany, and Hong Kong, C.I.E. Europe is a company which can be relied on with limitless services and flexibility.
France is still the main market, but more than half of the group’s turnover is made abroad.
The group’s international expansion is rapid and ambitious. So is its development online.
Our main product, the Compactor, is the Original Vacuum Storage solution. Compactor manufacturing conditions comply with international rules (ISO, BSCI) and is now proudly made in our own factory in Spain, 20 minutes from Madrid.
We recently opened our new marketing and e-commerce office in central Barcelona, midway between Sagrada Familia and the Sea.
We deliver over 2000 items actively and develop new ranges every year. Innovation is one of our most valuable qualities.

Our Group wants to expand in Eastern Europe. We targeted Poland and Eastern Europe as excellent potential markets.
We want to start a partnership with a local partner to sell our products directly to the Retailers of these countries from our warehouses and factories.
The objective is to build sufficient sales revenue to establish a proper office and operations in these countries and to become a serious brand on the long term.
· We are looking for:
An experienced and exclusive Salesman or Saleswoman willing to represent and sell our company, brands and products to Retail Chains, Furniture stores, E-commerce and independent stores in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Belarus.
· Take over existing customers and develop sales with them
· Analyze the rest of the market
· Build a prospection database and define target customers
· Build tailor made product assortments
· Make quotations and offers in collaboration with the Export Manager and the sales assistants
· Obtain meetings with the buyers
· Sell our products from the available inventories in the Italy Warehouse (Milan), or from the main factory in Spain and or from partner factories in the Far East
· Report and work with the Export Manager, the Italian company’s Director and the Group’s General Manager
· Participate in International trade shows (Ambiente Frankfurt, IMM Cologne…)
· Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
· Knowledge, experience and contacts in Distribution and Retail players of the market
· Experience in the Houseware industry
· Knowledge of international trade terms and its environment
· Ability to make quotations for Retail chains
· Knowledge of trade terms in the retail industry (Rebates, bonuses, delivery terms, payment terms…)
· Understanding of buyers’ psychology
· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack
· Local language as mother tongue
· Fluent English
· Extra languages are a plus
What we offer:
· 1 Year Contract to start with a sales objective, renewable according to objectives, ongoing projects and feeling. The objective is to work on the long run and establish a proper base in the country.
· Fixed retainer to cover monthly expenses + Commissions on Sales and Margin
