Kodema,basée en Lituanie, un fabricant européen en pleine croissance spécialisé dans les fenêtres et façades haut de gamme, recherche un(e) agent commercial indépendant pour développer le marché français, avec un accent particulier sur la construction préfabriquée (résidentielle, commerciale et modulaire).
We are looking for a Sales/Business Development Agent - Développement Commercial based in Hauts-de-France, Grand Est, or Normandy to support our market entry. You will be the local face of Kodema in France, building connections with prefab manufacturers, general contractors, and decision-makers in the construction industry.
Main responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (prefab producers, modular builders, contractors).
Organize and attend client meetings with Kodema representatives.
Ensure clear communication between clients and our HQ (including certification/technical needs).
Share market insights and support trade fairs / networking activities
Qualifications
Experience in construction (prefab, modular, or building envelope preferred).
Strong local network in Hauts-de-France, Grand Est, or Normandy.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Proactive, reliable, results-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the region.
