Key responsibilities and mission (but not limited to):
Create the business development action plan with sales processes and meetings with clients.
Filtering and responding to brand inquiries.
Client engagement by developing and managing relationships with customers.
Staying up to date with and understanding the market developments and trends in order to identify potential clients.
Assistance with tradeshows organization and client follow-up during and after the fairs.
Development of support documents and presentations for our clients when needed.
Skills / Experience
Knowledge of Europe fashion retail markets, France, Italy, England and Germany.
Good level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction
Excellent communication skills
Passion for textile fashion industry
Knowledge of print textile industry and products
Search for new clients to incorporate into the company
Active participation in the sale with clients, facilitating it in the most efficient way
Identify customer needs looking for a new brand customer options available for the Company.
Experience – 1 year customer sales/service/operations/transport role/Management/ Leadership Skills
Proven capability to build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to use own initiative to improve performance and service.
