Job Title: Freelance Sales Agent – Commission-Based, Distributor, Sales & Marketing

Location: Remote

Company Overview: UNDA is an innovative impact start-up with the mission to prevent waste. We have developed a multifunctional, eco-designed bottle that aims to significantly reduce waste and promote eco-friendly lifestyles. The UNDA is made for drinking, eating and storing. Our product is designed with a 3in1 functionality (Bottle, Cup and Boxsystem) and manufactured in Switzerland, adhering to the highest standards of quality and with ecodesign directives.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Sales Agent to join our team on a commission basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about environmental causes and/or experienced in sales, looking to make a difference while achieving financial success. We also searching for distriutors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell UNDA's multifunctional bottles to individual customers, companies for employer branding resellers  and retail businesses.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Organize and conduct presentations to potential clients and distributors.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through superior customer service.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help in product development and refinement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the eco-products market to suggest potential improvements or new products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the eco-products, non-food or related market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance.
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Ready to embrace the principles of eco-design and sustainability.

Compensation: This is a purely commission-based position, offering a generous commission structure that rewards strong sales performance. Specific details of the commission structure will be provided during the hiring process.
