We offer:

The Head of Sales will be assigned a zone/country and there it is his task to build up a team of representatives and thus place our special products on the market. 
For each own sale the Head of Sales gets 10 %.

For each sales representative in the team of the Head of Sales who makes a sale, the same applies, i.e. he also receives 10%.

BONUS: The Head of Sales gets an additional 10% for every single sale made by his team.

Für jeden eigenen Verkauf bekommt der Head of Sales 10 %.

Für jeden Handelsvertreter im Team des Head of Sales, der einen Verkauf mach, gilt dasselbe, das heißt auch dieser bekommt 10 %.

BONUS: Der Head of Sales bekommt für jeden einzelnen Verkauf, den sein Team macht, zusätzliche 10 %.
