Cromogenia Units, global multinational with HQ in Barcelona is looking for Independent Sales Agents or Distributors to represent their lubricants & metalworking business.

Do you have experience in the lubricants & metalworking market with a well introduced and established customer portfolio ideally in the metalworking and glass process industries?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuous and strategic developing of the brands of Cromogenia in your region/country, future proof extension of our brand and brand awareness on the market.

-  Develop strategies to grow the business in new and existing markets

-  Identification of new business opportunities and monitor them

-  Preparation and implementation of action plans

-  Preparation of business proposal for clients and follow up

-  Acquire market information about the competitors, product & trends

-  Identify and take part in trade fairs and trade shows when necessary

You have

A Commercial education and a good technical back-ground ideally in the metalworking and glass process industries

- Talent and enthusiasm to listen, advise and sell products/solutions

- A good network / multi card in line with our type of products

- A very good knowledge and experience in the lubricants & metalworking market > 10 years, you know how to manage reversed loop and you have a “never give up” mentality

- Country native language and a good knowledge of English/Spanish, written and spoken (communication language)

- Hands on mentality

- A good attitude and ability to report market information to the Sales Manager Europe
